For the first time in history, four generations are working and leading together in organizations and in the community. Each generation, rooted in their era's historical trends and social forces, brings their own set of values, ethics and styles to the workplace and the community. BHA works with organizations on their talent challenges and is passionate about multi-generational education. Their sessions inform learners about each generation, through an overview of their qualities, traits, preferences in a job and place in history with a particular focus on Generation Y.
